Pay your electric bills your way!
Paying bills may not be the highlight of your month, but we’ve tried to make it easier by offering numerous ways for you to pay your bill.
Pay by phone
Call (763) 477-3131 to pay your bill over the phone any time of the day or night with a credit card, debit card or e-check. You will be asked for your account number, and then the automated system will provide your current balance, and prompt you through making a payment.
Pay online (E-billing)
Save a stamp by viewing and paying your bill online via a secure website. By signing up for this service, you will receive an email when your bill is ready.
Automatic bank draft (EZ Pay)
With this program, your payments will be made automatically from your bank account or credit card. There’s no need to worry about late fees with autodraft set up, and you can pick from a range of due dates.
With EZ Pay, you also have the option of going paperless by signing up for E-billing.
Pay by mail or drop box
The traditional way to pay your monthly bill is by mailing it with payment enclosed to Wright-Hennepin. There are also drop boxes located around Wright-Hennepin’s service territory where your payment can be dropped off to save a stamp.
Pay in person
Are you passing through Rockford and would like to make a payment in person? No problem! Stop by Wright-Hennepin’s headquarters at 6800 Electric Drive in Rockford (along Highway 55 behind the Rockford Mall) to pay your bill.

Labor Day to Memorial Day: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Memorial Day to Labor Day: 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
