Wright-Hennepin Cooperative Electric Association (WH) is seeking high school juniors to apply for a weeklong, all-expenses-paid leadership opportunity. The annual National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) Youth Tour will take place in Washington, D.C. from June 16-21, 2025.
