2025 WH Annual Meeting

WH's 88th Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at our Rockford headquarters, located at 6800 Electric Drive. This year's meeting theme is Powering You Through Change and Challenge.

​Schedule:
Registration opens: 4 p.m.
Free pork chop dinner: 4:30 - 6:45 p.m.
Bingo: 4:30 - 6:45 p.m.
Children's activities: 4:30 - 8 p.m.
Business meeting: 7 - 8 p.m.

Extremely limited parking is available at Wright-Hennepin headquarters. Free overflow parking is available at Rockford Mall parking lot, Our Father's Lutheran Church, Lampert Lumber, and the industrial park behind Lampert Lumber. Free continuous shuttle busses will run from all lots to WH headquarters.

Prizes will be given away during bingo, as well as at individual information booths. The free pork chop meal includes a pork chop, potato salad, cookie, and bread. An all-beef hot dog meal is available upon request, and includes chips and a cookie.

The business meeting will begin at 7 p.m. and is expected to run for one hour. The business meeting will include a financial report, updates from WH and WH Holding leadership, and results of the Board of Directors elections for Districts 4, 6, and 8.

2025 Director candidates will be posted April 3.

A grand prize drawing for a 2013 Ford F-150 4x4 extended cab retired from WH’s fleet will immediately follow the business meeting. Members are automatically registered for the grand prize at registration and must be present at the end of the business meeting to win. All registered members in attendance will receive a free pound of butter* following the conclusion of the business meeting.

A livestream option will also be available. Livestream viewers may enter to win one of two $50 bill credits. Entry instructions will be provided during the livestream.

*While supplies last. Member must be present until the end of the business meeting to receive the butter and a chance to win the vehicle.
