2024 WH Annual Meeting

Thursday, April 18, 2024 at 4:00 PM

WH's 87th Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at our Rockford headquarters, located at 6800 Electric Drive. This year's meeting theme is Delivering Through the Energy Transition.

Prizes will be given away for bingo, as well as at individual information booths. Director election results for Districts 1, 3, and 9 will also be announced.

Members who stay until the end of the business meeting will receive a free pound of butter* and be entered to win a 2012 Ford F-150 4x4. 

Schedule:
Registration opens: 4 p.m.
Free Pork Chop Dinner: 4:30 - 6:45 p.m.
Bingo: 4:30 - 6:45 p.m.
Children's Activities: 4:30 - 8 p.m.
Business Meeting: 7 - 8 p.m.

Parking available at Wright-Hennepin headquarters (Please note: extremely limited), Rockford Mall parking lot, Our Father's Lutheran Church, Lampert Lumber, and the industrial park behind Lampert Lumber. Continuous shuttle busses will run from all lots to WH headquarters.

A livestream option will also be available, and members who attend via livestream will be entered to win one of two $50 bill credits. Entry instructions will be provided during the broadcast. 

*While supplies last. Member must be present until the end of the business meeting to receive the butter and a chance to win the vehicle.
