2023 WH Annual Meeting

WH's 86th Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 20 at our Rockford headquarters, located at 6800 Electric Drive.

Schedule:
Registration opens: 4 p.m.
Free pork chop dinner: 4:30-6:45 p.m.
Bingo: 4:30-6:45 p.m.
Children's activities: 4:30-8 p.m.
Business meeting: 7-8 p.m.

Members who attend will receive a free pound of butter* and a free pork chop dinner. Prizes will be given away for bingo, as well as at individual information booths. Director election results for Districts 2, 5, and 7 will also be announced. Learn more about voting in a Director election. Members who stay until the end of the business meeting will also be entered to win a 2013 Ford Fusion.

Preregistration is not required to attend this year's Annual Meeting.

A livestream option will also be available, and members who attend via livestream will be entered to win one of two $50 bill credits. Entry instructions will be provided during the broadcast.

*Must be present until the end of the business meeting to receive the butter and a chance to win the vehicle.
