Conveniently pay your bill and save a stamp by using one of many secure drop box locations throughout the local area.
Please note: Effective July 1, 2025, WH will no longer accept payments at drop boxes to protect our team and improve efficiency. Please submit payments via our website, automated payment line, in person or via our drop box at WH headquarters in Rockford, which will remain open. We can help with these changes. Please call WH at 763-477-3000 with questions or to set up a new payment method.

Located off Highway 55 in Buffalo, west of Super America; available 24 hours a day, seven days a week
Clearwater Coborn's
Located at Highway 24 and County Road 75 in Clearwater in the Coborn's lobby; available during store hours
Cokato Market Place
Located off of Highway 12 at the Market Place customer service desk; available during store hours
Corcoran Crossroads Marketplace (formerly Lil' Jacks Corner)
Located at County Road 116 and County Road 10; box is near mailbox along County Road 116; available 24 hours a day, seven days a week
Jack's of French Lake
Located at County Road 3 and County Road 37 outside of Jack's of French Lake; available 24 hours a day, seven days a week
Maple Grove Bass Lake Center (formerly Maple Grove Mall)
Located near mailboxes on the Southwest corner of the lot; available 24 hours a day, seven days a week
Maple Grove Cub Foods
Located inside the exit area; available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Located at the drive-up off of Highway 55 at the stoplight; available 24 hours a day, seven days a week
Monticello Cub Foods
Located outside the east side of the building by the exit area; available 24 hours a day, seven days a week
Rockford Wright-Hennepin Office
Located off Highway 55 behind the Rockford Mall on the west end of town; drive-up drop box available 24 hours a day, seven days a week
